My Extremely Early Last Figure Standing List

With my VC Top 25 in 2025 done, now is the time to get ready for Last Figure Standing. Or as I like to also call it: half of my 2026 March Madness list. These are in order of desirability so 1 being the most important, 10 being important as well, but not as high as 1. So I'll save the chit chat for the end, and just get right to it:

1. Death Star II Luke Skywalker. I've wanted this figure redone since I saw the excellent Sixer version done for 2023. He needs a swappable flap down chest plate, and his lit and unlit lightsabers, with a space for the unlit hilt to hang on his belt. A pair of binders would also be nice.

2. Bespin Luke Skywalker. The VC 1.0 version of this figure is BADLY dated. He needs his blaster, lit and unlit lightsabers, and a good face sculpt for crying out loud!

3. Shaak Ti (AOTC) . I need more Geonosis Arena Jedi, and more importantly, Shaak Ti is in bad need of an upgrade. The only good version of her is part of a pricey 2 pack only available now on Scalper Bay. There is a recurring theme to my list.

4. Ki-Adi Mundi (AOTC). The ROTS carded version is the best looking one we have. Well, actually the Legacy Collection concept version is, but he isn't wearing Jedi robes. Besides, who will ask about the Droid Attack on the Wookiees in our collection?!

5. Barris Offee (AOTC). I'm cool with the Luminara we have, but given Bariss' popularity after Clone Wars, her VC figure doesn't cut it anymore. She could be a partial tool using Morgan Elsbeth, but I would prefer a new one because it could be used to make other versions of Barris. But here she should be in her AOTC outfit, and card. With a Sixer version coming later this year, I feel she's a safe bet for the future.

6. Quinlan Vos (TPM). I want Quinlan redone. From head to toe. I would prefer him in his Jedi robes, and I would be okay if his card image stayed the same. I wouldn't mind a Clone Wars version, but I'd like him in his traditional Jedi robes so I can recreate events from the Dark Horse Republic comic series.

7. Aayla Secura (AOTC). Again, a brand new version head to toe. Maybe a new card image, too. Her older figure is alright, but she needs Jedi Level Articulation, and her older figure doesn't have it. Besides, if I want a Quinlan, I need an Aayla that can double as a Padawan and Jedi Knight.

8. Rebels Maul. With the upcoming Ben Kenobi and the main Rebels cast in figure form, it's time we get Maul so we can re-enact his final battle with Ben Kenobi and maybe his blinding of Kanan Jarrus. A Maul with barbell hips could be the best ever figure of him in the 3.75 inch scale. Plus he could be repacked on a Solo card, if Hasbro wanted to go back to that movie.

9. Seventh Sister (Rebels). A femme fatale, and a dangerous individual. She will need to be a new sculpt, so she can have her lightsaber and probe droid that can attach to her back and shoulder. A plus is her buck could also be used for Inquisitor Barriss.

10. Rycar Ryjard.

Honestly, I have no clue who he is. He's a Cantina patron according to Wokepedia, and I promised Lobot Boy Summer on BanthaSkull I'd put him on this list. Who was my original choice? Fifth Brother. But it's more important to keep my word. But, we do need more Cantina patrons so, he's still needed.

I know building out crews is important, and I was tempted to go that route here. However, to me, Star Wars is all about Jedi. They're in the best stories, and it's cool to see characters use lightsabers. But especially the Prequel Era Jedi don't have good standards for modern collections. They're over 12-15 years old now. With the Acolyte figures, there are now molds that can be used for Jedi characters. The PT Jedi I listed aren't Mains, but they're needed to build scenes out. And I went back to building out The Ghost with Maul and the Seventh Sister.

Now I don't know when LFS begins, but I wanted to put my list out there now, so that other collectors can get their wheels turning and thinking about what they would like. My list won't change, if I have to stick to the 10 I'd like to see, these are it.

Thanks for reading! Special thanks to Chris and Nomad at BanthaSkull for allowing me to post this link in the comments section! Please share this link on your social media accounts so I can get more readers!

Next week I might have 2 reviews of some recent figures. But I'll definitely have 1 review finished. Also expect my review of The Ghost on the July 4th weekend, as I'll have an entire day to shoot photos.
