Ghost Pack In Figures

This post won't be a large one, but I wanted to do a quick look at the 4 figures that came with The Ghost. And I also have a little extra at the end. Back to the figures, they're on the Mural Cards from the Rebels series finale, where it was first seen, and in the live action Ahsoka series. All four figures have unpunched cards, something that is rarely done with other Vintage Collection figures. I'll cover these figures individually, and will be very brief in the reviews. For the sake of comparison, I'll show them with their standard release counterparts. Despite the temptation, I am choosing to not open these figures. Ever. Same with the Sabine and Chopper 2 pack. Why, you ask? Well, I have my openers already.

1. Hera Syndulla

Hera is the only non tier figure in the Ghost. Once it hit the funding level, we were guaranteed to get her. Looking at her counterpart, you can see she looks the same from the waist down. The only accessory that I would love to use is the Kalikori, which is the accessory on the top right of the bubble. It's a part of her family's history, and an object of art that Grand Admiral Thrawn studied. Before his death, Kanan found it and gave it back to her. Spoiler alert for the 4 of you who didn't know that Kanan died on Rebels.

2  Ezra Bridger

Aside from some yellow and orange paint, there isn't much of a difference between the exclusive Ezra and the standard release version. Ezra was the 1st tier of the Ghost HasLab. He comes with a couple extras: the Biker Scout helmet Sabine painted for him, and a Loth Cat. The Loth Cat looks similar to the one that came with the Deluxe Sabine. A Loth Cat is what's on Ezra's shoulder in the Mural.

3. Kanan Jarrus

If there's any figure that I'm strongly tempted to open, it's this one. Kanan comes with 2 heads, with the clean cut version coming from the episode Jedi Night, in which he becomes one with The Force at the end. He comes with his eye mask which he wore after being blinded by Maul in the epic Season 2 finale by Maul. I'm curious if the head from the standard Kanan could fit on this one. But I'm not going to attempt it. This may be my favorite figure out of the 4. Kanan was the 2nd tier in this HasLab.

4. Garazeb "Zeb" Orelios

Zeb was the 3rd and final tier. Like Ezra, there isn't much of a difference with the standard release Zeb. But, this figure does tick me off. His card is near standard size, yet he was released as a Deluxe figure. (EXPLETIVE DELETED)!!!! Sigh. They're going to put Hammerhead on a Deluxe card, and say they couldn't put him on a standard one. Zeb is proof they can, but don't want to. Turn his head sideways and he'll fit like the 1979 version did. But back to Zeb, it's a great figure, and he could have been on a standard card.

That wraps up the look at the figures. Now, I do expect these figures at some point to come on standard Rebels cards for the Vintage Collection in the future. The Razor Crest Mandalorian had appeared several times already, as part of the Rescue pack, and the N1 Starfighter. Just don't expect to ever see these figures on these Mural Cards to ever get a general release. When that day comes, Kanan would be my definite purchase.

THE GHOST

I had to place this on my bed because my table just couldn't hold this. Construction was not difficult at all. The longest time consumer for me was installing the rear engines, which I got lysdexic on. Once I got the proper one in place it was all easy. The process took less than 15 minutes. I probably need to push the front corners in more, but I'm happy with it as is. There's more paint detail on the top than on the bottom, and a couple hatches and doors that I want to check out. I'll have a detailed look in a future blog post. That being said, there is one thing I'm extremely disappointed with. But, I'll talk about that when I do my full review. On the display front, this fits where I had my Legacy Collection Millennium Falcon, and I've moved my Falcon to a new location.

That wraps up this part of The Ghost HasLab review. Since I have a place to store The Ghost, I have my BB-8 Playset back up, which is good since I have Master Indara from the Acolyte in hand, plus my Ahsoka Clone Wars Anakin Skywalker is on its way. Plus I found some accessories that the ANH Luke can use, and I'll show them off soon.

PS: I am planning my VC Top 25 for 2025 right now. But, I'm going to do a Fan's Choice to coincide with it. I will not do anything until the SWTVC March Madness is done. I'll have the rules to submit your choices in a future blog post.
